Over the past few weeks when I have really started preparing for my mission I have come to realize how truly blessed I am. It's not that I didn't think I was blessed before it's just that it wasn't as obvious to me as it is now. My family, my friends and my ward are the most amazing people in my life right now. Without them I wouldn't be able to go on my mission.
I am not in the best financial state, especially since I am preparing to go on a mission. I don't know if any of you know this, but it is kind of expensive to go on a mission. (Notice my sarcasm?) It has been so amazing over the past few weeks to see the generosity of the people in my ward. They have stepped up and have helped me tremendously. I have been able to purchase all of the necessary supplies for my mission through their donations.
Not only have they helped me with money, but they also helped me while attending the temple. I had many amazing people come down very early in the morning to attend with me. They even drove over 100 miles to do that. I felt so blessed and happy to see that those amazing people came so far just to be there for my first time. I just can't say it enough, THANK YOU!! I am so happy and I can't wait to let everyone know how my mission goes.
Some of the people that came to the temple with me!
